Our family believes in using the finest ingredients to prepare a range of hand made bakery products including pies and savouries, cakes and desserts and traditional bread made with organic flour.
Our traditional WELSHCAKES are made with an old family recipe including our own blend of spices. They are totally different from the bland items found in chain bakers and supermarkets.
Lewis Fine Foods are members of the Farmers Markets in Wales and the Vale of Glamorgan Farmers Market since it began, which is now the most successful independent Farmers Market in Wales, with regular events at Cowbridge, Penarth, St. Fagans Museum of Welsh Life and Barry. Vale Farmers market is also an integral part of the Cowbridge Food Festival.
Whenever possible we support our fellow members, sourcing the steak for our pies and pasties from the grass reared beef of Pwyllgrach Farm in the Vale, pork for our sausage rolls is from Caermynydd Piggery and Gorwydd Caerphilly for our cheese, leek and potato pasties.

Welsh butter comes from Castle Diaries in Caerphilly, and free range eggs from the Gower. Our stone ground unbleached flour is produced by Shipton Mill.
Apart from Vale of Glamorgan we also attend Abergavenny Farmers Market and Mumbles Farmers Market. We also sell through shows and events, food festivals, mail order and our bakery shop. A more wholesale range is available in our area.
